At 1:50 ~ you talk about insects collecting smart data, not big data. I think it's important to clarify the difference between ' lots of example of the same situation ' and ' the minimum number of info you need to answer a particular question '

Very very good, you remind of a Carl Sagan of data science.

I also studied electrical engineering to get closer to data science but mine was after a degree in biology 🧬 which was a lot less quantitative. During COVID I decided to take part into a CS degree 📜 Something that maybe I should’ve done a lot earlier given my interests Anyway love the content

Also there is unbalanced and balanced Data, very important. If you have many samples of label A and only a few examples of label B.

last category of data: temporal or physics? is this correct way to explain this category? temporal means time varying but any quantity which is varying with time need not to be coming from natural laws. for example lets say I am measuring size of queue in a bank window for all time in a day to decide whether to open another counter. this data will be temporal but not governed by any physical law. am I missing something?

Wouldn't there be a bias behind data that doesn't have a lot of examples. It essentially sounds like sample sizing? I imagine certain data doesn't necessarily require tons of examples but that can't always be the case right?

I want to think that the image is mirrored and that he is actually left handed and writing normally... Otherwise his mirror writing skills are too scary O_O
