10-12 marla designer house in bahria/DHA is around 5 crore..... This 1 bed room quater just ordinary build is 3 crore ? No offence but super expensive.

@@Gillnm sir Lexus and Alto both are 4 wheels cars. But if you have a budget of Sazuki that doesn’t mean Lexus is ordinary. These are branded apartments. You are comparing two different things. Compare house with house and apartment with apartment. Secondly that so called designer house doesn’t have golf view height location, Islamabad vicinity etc

@@Gillnm sir phir Jisko uk mein apartment milta hy woh wahan shift ho jaye. What’s the problem. Ab ager America mein roti sasti hy tou iska yeh matlub tou nahi k log America chalaye jayien. Europe mein car Pakistan sy sasti bhi hy aur quality bhi achi hy. Batyien Corolla beach k Mercedes milti hy in paison mein? These are Pakistani real estate market rates for products. Yes you can say government have to properly regularise these things but unfortunately Pakistani real estate industry lawaris hy, rules hain, implementation nahi. Yehan tou log product pe direct pounch jatay hain dealers ko bypass ker k. Commission khaa jatay hain agent ka. Properties pe kabza ho jata hy koi pochnay wala nahi koi qanoon nahi. Aur abroad yehi loug bheegi billi banay hotay hain. So these are market driven rates for these products are justified for now. Chill karien. And btw Pakistan mein construction material rates are also not justified.
