Splendid coffee/cocoa bar. Love it! There will only be 3 at our house, so our bar is sm compared to yours. I have to wait till our granddaughter comes as she insist she wants to put it all together. She is such a joy, she is 14. You have white cabinets and it's just a perfect backdrop for all UR gingerbread collections!

i'm doing pink/blue theme this year. not a pastel theme but vintage decore..a turquoise blue...i found some spray paint at walmart to try my hand at painting some of my old ornaments. Found some vintage shiny brites at my local antique store so it will be a mix of diy and shiny brites this year.

Hi Mitzy, did you ever tell us your storage secrets for your decor? You have lots of larger items so they can really eat up space. I know you do the tote system--that's not for everything though, right? ☺️

Hi yes I use the totes system. I have a shed 10x12 but it’s so full. Nothing else fits. I really need to go through my things to start cleaning it out. For the most part all of my Christmas decor is in totes I try to buy the big ones with the wheels from Walmart. The only thing I have out are my big Santa’s and my sled. 💕

Hi Mitzy! I've seen all this before, but never commented, as I could talk to you for hours about all your decorating. So I'll try to keep this short, but first, just to say, you really do create a Christmas wonderland! I love how you make little vignettes/scenes with all your decor, which makes it come to life. And just a couple of things I've always wanted to ask-where did you get that little white mini serving cart that you put the little treats on? I think 2 years ago it was in your kitchen, then you moved to the pastel room -but I've always loved that and wanted that for my decor but have no idea where to find something like that. And what do you use to clean your cabinets? I have white cabinets too but never quite sure what is best. Oh and also, did you say you returned that cocoa stand and made your own???!!! Can't wait to see it😍😍

Hi Page thank you for your comment. lol I love talking about decor. The mini carts are all from Target. I think I have 3 one I bought during Easter time and another after Halloween and the other I think in the winter. I haven’t seen them this year but keep an eye out in the bullseye playground. I also checked Mercari and they are going from $12-$20 they cost $5 at Target so of course the price is double since they are reselling them. I hope you find them they are so cute to decorate. I know you can make offers on Mercari so maybe if you really want one try making an offer or like the item and sometimes they send you an offer. I love purchased a lot off of Mercari this year since I can never find Johanna Parker Christmas items here. Search for bullseye 2 tier mini cart. I also checked Target website but it didn’t come up for me. For my cabinets I don’t like using cleaners I use hot water and dawn dish soap. Since my cabinets are painted I try to keep away from using any chemicals. I was thinking of making a video of me prepping for Christmas and cleaning them. I also want to paint the top of the cabinets. I’ve wanted to paint the top for years and never have the time lol. I should have done that when I sprayed them but didn’t think of that till after 😂. I did return it that’s also on my to do list. I never got around to paint it. I have some clips of me building it but I messed up in a cut and went to Lowe’s and left my phone recording the whole time and my phone died. So I gave up on recording and kept building it. So I didn’t record the whole process. I built mine taller and wider of course for more decor lol. Have a good night Page. 💕

When is best time to go shopping at homegoods and marshalsfind decor like u have bought. U really get cute stuff. I finally found gingerbread teapot last year.

I go at 3:30 and they usually have the tanks out filling the shelves. One of the stores gets deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Next time you go in ask the cashier when they get their deliveries. Even though they get deliveries on those days I notice they have tanks out almost every day at one of the stores near me.
