My favorite is the pass book die, the notebook die, the wrap journal, mini book and travelers journal. I love the fact that the pages can be made using same die or another die in your group.

I loved the creations from these dies. I have a collection but never used them and I am inspired. I wonder if some of the makers here have their own KZbin channels as I love some of the styles I have seen and would love to learn how to create. Keep up the beautiful work!

I bought a lot of stuff while I was watching this! I'd watch a little bit, then go searching for whatever you were talking about, and then I'd come back to watch more Thank you Eileen for being the creative person you are. 🩷🩷🩷🌷

Lots of good info for a new journal and die fan. Its nearly a year since this video was made and so glad, I found it after watching the journal insert video in March 2022. As far as favorite book. The Folio was the first one I seen and fell in love with the fact I could make journals like making cards or scrapbooks. I think the Passport will be my first, but I want them all. :)

Wow, I’m so inspired and a bit overwhelmed. I have had so many of these dies for so long and never used them. I’m breaking them out tonight!!

Hey Eileen...I'm just delving into all of the steel rule dies and I gotta say that this video was so informative! I can't wait to get started on my collection, next week LOL! Thanks Eileen and looking forward to the live!

What a great overview! My favorites are the passport book and the wrap journal., mainly because I like the smaller sizes...Kinda like an ATC. I love the idea of connecting multiple mini books, as well as fitting three books in the treasure chest. Sold! Will be watching from Salt Lake on YT tomorrow

I appreciate that your dies are Bigz Dies because when it comes to making pages for these journals, it cuts a lot more material than the thinlits dies. I reach for your dies again and again for the ease of use. Thanks for doing this review.

I agree- Bigz dies are the best because they can cut so many more materials! Thanks so much for using my dies

I love the passport book, the standard journal, the tiny book & box, & I just received the journal & pages & am waiting for the binding & tutorial. I have a plan to make gifting my project. I am so happy to have the new folio & that you created binding & a waterfall to go along with it! I would love to see you add a pocket & tag as well as a policy envelope as additions! Love many of your dies. I’m not a FB user but I’m going to try to go on to join your group! Thank you so much! Hopefully I can view on you tube!

Thanks for the input Amy! There will be more tutorials coming soon on all of the supporting dies...Thanks for watching!

@@EileenHull I just noticed my errors in my previous comment. I am receiving my waterfall & binding sets this week & I see now that tags are included! I am currently working on an album but will be creating a folio for a friend of mine using your dies. I happen to love when a designer adds tags, pockets, waterfalls, interactive dies that work with the main die but also can be used separately & with other dies (in this case your other books, boxes, & journaling dies). When I saw this folio journal arriving I was so excited with the size & the different options to create a plain journal or an interactive one! I look forward to seeing further inspirational tutorials. When I finish my journal I’ll be certain to tag you on IG. Thank you so much! Enjoy your day!🌸

I wanted the Pocket Journal die, what I got was the Pocket Traveler's die instead. I think that you should tell Sizzix not to make dies that are so close in wording without putting mini size of the P:ocket Journal on the outside. This has happened twice now with the wording being the same on the book dies so I have buy again to get the right ones I originally wanted. I wanted the Journal die and ended up getting the Traveler's size.
@EileenHull3 жыл бұрын
Hi Gemini Dream- sorry if the names are confusing. It’s actually me that named them. 😬 At the time I designed the Journal (biggest one) I was concerned about whether “Travelers Notebook” was copyrighted so I named it very generically. That actually has happened with a couple of them, so I would recommend if you ever want another one, to look on the Sizzix website where the dimensions of the finished books are listed- that way no surprises... I agree it’s hard to know the relative size of anything by the image on the packaging- if you’d like to return any of the dies, I will buy them back from you. I don’t want anyone disappointed in my products. Thanks for letting me know- good input.❤️

@@EileenHull Thank you for responding so quickly and trying to make me a happy crafter by your offer. I have ordered the Journal (right sized one) and I got the inserts for the other one, so since I have used it, I shall keep it. Sizing for me is difficult as I am now up in Canada and they use metric. I was taught of course Imperial. lol Also crafting up here is so expensive! I wished that shipping wasn't so high either to order from the States, once you tack on the conversion, ouch. : ) Love your videos.

@@geminidream4347 the things we crafters have to do for our art! I would never learn all those different measurements- so can never leave the 🇺🇸... let me know how things go. Hoping once you get the dies you want things are easier. Would love to see what you create!

@@EileenHull My proper sized journal die comes in tomorrow. I'm a kid at Christmas Eve again. lol I had to order the extended plates and base for it. I'm confused as to what is to come with the multipurpose base that came in today though. Is it just a think base with 1 and 2 sheets? It says to use different mats, mine never came with any mats. And you are right to stay in the US,, craft stores are abundant, craft subs to kits are abundant and the prices are great. You would faint at the cost of things up here and in my city, I only have Walmart, Michaels and whatever is available at the 1.00 store if you can even get in that isle from all the people. lol
@EileenHull3 жыл бұрын
@@geminidream4347 I know you need the XL cutting pads- the base would be for embossing... which is really stunning on covers... I am really lucky to live near lots of shopping. My husband talks about moving to the country and I am just not ready because lack of supplies! 😳
