Hey! Eilik owner here. If you don't interact with hime for a while, he'll entertain himself by making some coffee, eating crab, etc. You can also kinda shake his head while he's on a flat surface to make him dizzy.🤣🤣

Problem with these mini-robots is that they are to simple, not enough functions and variety. They could made him react differently towards the food and drinks you give him etc.

Yeah I agree. I haven't been able to do any of the updates since you can only do that with Windows or Apple computers. So I haven't played with them in months.

Hmm. I don’t like that when he gets mad at you he shoots you with a gun or beats you with a baseball bat. 😳 His emotions are a little too hyped up for my liking. And he doesn’t use AI. I think I prefer EMO. This was very cool to see. Thanks for sharing it!

Yes I agree. They can be a little too hyper. I also don't get that "alive" feeling that I get with Emo and Vector with these guys. More of a toy vs. a living thing. They are still fun though and two together is fun as well which I'll be releasing a video about that in the near future.

Actually eilik does use ai since it's a robot, but yeah I agree that emo is more advanced. This is more like a pet without all the hard work.

I préfère what emo and Vector are able to do. I ordered an emo and Vector. Emo have been send, but not yet recieved. Concerning Vector, no idea when i will recieved it. Yesterday a preordered Loona. The delivery is expected in february 2023.

I haven't done any updates on these guys since you need a Windows or Apple computer to do it. To be honest, I probably like these guys the least out of the current desk/pet robots out there today.

Navigate to settings , youll see the first settings screen which is the noise reduction, when youre there touch the belly which will bring you into the other setting screen where you can adjust sensitivity to quake etc

I think the blue one out the box is more aggressive from all the videos I watched 🤣 my pink one just does cute stuff all the time mainly kissy face. She shot me after when I set her down though. Edit : I know you can change the sensitivity of the touch on them and height from when they get scared but idk how that’s how I got here

Yes, Vector works just fine. My Vector has been running for over 4 years now. The people that are saying he's broken probably don't pay for the subscription to make him work properly.

It really depends on what you want in a pet robot. Emo can walk around, Eilik can't. But some people don't want a robot walking around. I haven't played with my Eiliks in months because they can only be updated through a Windows or Apple computer. I like that Emo has over the air updates which makes more sense. I personally like Emo more but it's really your personal choice.

I know they've gotten a lot of updates since I made this video so I'm guessing they're still a lot of fun from what I've seen.

I have to do the big reset thing (which you can find under trouble shooting) but can't find the perfect tool to do it with. My Eilik keeps saying: "Error! Missing firmware please connect usb to update" After I updated it. Do you have any tips or any wisdome to share?

I haven't done the update because I don't own a Windows or Apple computer so I'm not really sure. I really wish they had gone with an app for these guys. It's way easier for the consumers and more convenient. I'm hoping they'll change that. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help.
