E ink is quite good for reading especially with its tiny power consumption. But still the refresh frequency and color saturation is very low for average everyday phone use (like watching dynamic content such as videos or surfing the net). But for me samsung's super amoled with dark mode system and 60hz is enough for everything, even for reading books. Like you know oled displays are too consuming less power than ips/tn matrix, but of course more than e ink. So as for now and maybe forever that e ink technology would be op only in readers and price tags. P.s. i dont see or feel any pwm on samsung's screen at all which is very popular in discussions

@izzylie dont read at completely dark places its harmful for your eyes)) you may also try to change contrast to disperse white text with gray to lower the white light, it could work i guess

Hello, I saw your video about the issue with Instagram verification codes not being sent to email. However, I have a different problem, and I believe my account has been hacked. My email was changed, but my phone number hasn’t been changed. When they send me the login link, I receive a backup code, but I don’t remember setting it up. Also, when I try to reset my password, I don’t receive the verification code. I want to contact Instagram or find a way to resolve this issue. Can you help me?

there's _no way_ to contact a live person at Meta. They don't provide live support even for Business accounts, let alone free ones. Well, maybe they do if you are Washington post or Tesla, which you are obviously not. You only option is to use this form help.instagram.com/368191326593075
