I live in Vermont, USA. I love the way you bake. I plan on learning it as you go. I try to follow you but sometimes there are no directions form me to write down. But, I’m going to have you on while I make things. Is there a reason you write * recipe #” instead of the name? I love watching you.

I agree! It would really help me if we had names for these recipes. Also sometimes there is not a clear amount given. Such as in the chocolate cake with cherries- we just see adding some thawed Cherries without any volume or weight. Perhaps we just need to cover the bottom of the pan? Would it hurt if there are Double the amount of cherries she used? I can only guess at some of these procedures. I am going to try that recipe, but I think my family will like a lot more cherries and some more cocoa so I will adjust it for my family. I do like so many of these interesting recipes, and it will help millions of people if they are available in a text form as well, in the future. 💙🖖🏼

Just stumbled on your recipes and can't wait to try them because they all look delicious 😋 please list the correct ingredients as the previous comments stated. I'm Hispanic and we call them empanadas when we fill them either with a savory or sweet fillings. My granddaughter loves potatoes and spam seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, fresh minced onions and seasoned salt. Very delicious and keeps your appetite plenty full.
