Why russian icon?

It's a historical thing and no endorsement of Russia. The hole area where the festival is taking place used to be a Soviet military fighter jet airport. The Kulturkosmos E.V. over time bought the area and does festivals, art and more based on this area. Also a lot of support for social matters.
