I spent many summers in Southold. Graduated from Southold high school in '71. Loved it out there. Unfortunately, the whole North Fork has changed and become a place for the upper middle class. The Greenport house I bought for $42K in '81 is valued at over $1million today.

@@wuddayameen It's amazing how the same places/restaurants that used to be low key are now all redone Miami/Hamptons style and the prices are skyhigh!! You'll see in the videos I am finally uploading.. Lot of expensive restaurants don't even offer guest WiFi out there, T Mobile and Metro PCS signal bites, barely had data out East..
