Can you make a mod that makes all the cards in your hand the same card and you have to pick all of them?

I mean I could but it would be functionally identical to just picking 1 card and duplicating it 4 times. Which wouldn't actually provide much entertaining content because all cards in vanilla and most modded cards are multiplicative, meaning that you're either going to end up with an insanely overpowered build that will one shot everyone, and insanely overpowered build that can't die, some other insanely overpowered build, or an insanely underpowered build. That wouldn't actually make for any good content and wouldn't be fun to play.

Each player gets one card, out of the entire cards pack and they get that for the rest of the game, So you get your first 5 choices, and if you pick leach, everytime you get more cards, only leech is available, and the other player has their own card that they get for the rest of the game. Idk if you can do it with mods but this might be fun.
