Idea: You can take as many cards as you want, but you can never take more than you did the previous round. Once you take 4 because one is really bad, you can't take 5 again for the rest of the game. Risk taking a bad card early for more options as you go, or limit your options and avoid bad cards?!

Video ideas: Bullet hell gacha, first thing first is friendly fire is on, then Using ALL +Spread card (mod or not, up to you) so that your aim is absolutely random and add bounce card to increase the chaos, oh and also homing/bullet control type of card is banned because it Wil ruin the purpose That it actually, you can add other modifier like bullet speed card, instan reload and atkspeed, but i recommend avoid crazy dmage multiplire (like hacker, grow, ect) because we can't watch it

This way you want to keep an x number to gamble for more but also want to spend cards to win... You are still only able to pick when you lose.
