this is why percentage dmg is a thing it does dmg based on max hp so health builds dont really matter (which im fairly sure the one hit wonder card uses percentage dmg to one shot every time)

The 400% hp when over 90% hp card is really only functionally a 30% increase, since once you go below 90% it reverts back to your normal hp
