That speech was something I only recently read. Eisenhower saw the future and was warning of it. Something had curdled in the postwar planning I think. Eisenhower was a man with no side, ego or desire to make an impression - he was clear-sighted; on-guard for the future of the nation. The pity of it was that future generations would leave his spirit behind,; his warning ignored, left only to history.

Yeah, I know, Trump and Bush (and Nixon) really ruined the Presidency. Rank incompetence and corruption in Ike's old party. He warned about the military industrial establishment's influence.....and now that's who owns the Republican party. And Ike isn't showing any partisanship.

@@sharonl.chandler8428 He was the reason why Congress and the President lost control over the military, he threatened to use the military against Area 51, He found the shadow government, and muscled them, They got smart, They rewrote the laws, then usurped the Presidency and Congress after that, Kennedy wasn't going along with it, The CIA lost the tapes and evidence then got sued for $10 million after that, They didn't lose them, They covered it up, and every President after that, was under the shadow government, Including Obama and Biden, which once all this comes out, it's going to be a mess, Trump took them out, unmasking this now his life is in danger, I wish we had Hilary instead, then Trump wouldn't be in the situation he is in. I regret a lot, Hilary would have collapsed us already and driven us into nuclear war, I made the biggest mistake of my life, These people don't deserve this, I wish I could take it back and let the country and World die on its own weight. I wish I could back in time and change history, I would have blessed the world with Obama and let him do the job with Russia once and for all, Russia would have Annihilated the United States COMPLETELY, Still not off the table, I believe he is going to make his move into Nuclear Power as soon as the US continues pushing him further they won't be able to take him out, He already has back up with those nuclear weapons, and a back up presidency incase he is ousted, The next one will be worse than Putin, We will wish we had Putin, the United States is going to be DESTROYED and by the time this happens, Americans will wish they had done something, it's too late to turn this around, There is no turning it around, there is only surrender. Ive seen their future it is very bleak and Trump knows it, The United States won't make it because they went after the wrong country, Russia was no threat ever... Do you know what we are getting after Putin? Worse one than him... He will launch against us. They want to oust Putin so they can get a new world order in, But it isn't the new world they think they are going to get, I know WHY they are doing it, so they can subjugate America to a new world order and force Russia into compliance basically collapse and murder an entire country of Russians while America secret technologies are kept hidden, Russia is catching up and pose a real threat but they aren't a threat, it is America that wants the Planet to itself with these alien TREATIES and Putin is standing in the way of that treaty agreement, They want the off world politics with America under America control only so they're going after these large countries to initiate war and then begin the slow collapse of them and hoping they die off and America now no one will ever question the to authority... They have another world hidden, with massive technologies off world off the money of the people while murdering them, and abusing them, subjecting them to hell conditions under protection of espionage act, treason, So no one not even a President can overthrow them, nor question them, Trump is currently facing this situation, He wasn't supposed to talk so much, he wouldn't shut up, So now he is in Kennedy's situation, except he mislabeled it as "election rigging" That's not what it is, that's just a cover, It is secret organizations that exist that rule the global dynamics - They make it seem like they're the saviors but they aren't - People should have access to this technology especially used against them - It's too late now - there is no way to turn this around and I know it - The best thing we can do is "wait it out" several decades for all this to play out, Then the military will be given back to the people control because they will see how much puppeting and lying happened, They won't be able to control the military with so much tragedy, They will turn over the presidents in anger, for all the lies, I predict secret service will give up their own Presidents, to the people in exchange This is going to take time though.... You have to let everything collapse, the country go into martial law, unable to keep up with the damages and wars, you wait ... Once all the death has passed, you say to them... "I told you so... Now what do you want from me?" That's when you regain the Planet back, if there is anything left salvageable I doubt it - Then you give it back to the people and say to them "hope you learned from all this" Putin is the most stable guy, in terms of Dialogue... The next one won't be so stable... But see the world is simply unable to be turned around... They let this happen, now there's nothing they can do... Trump just needs to get out of his legal issues, and then shut up and wait for the death tolls... They can't pull it off without him.. Neither can they pull it off with Kamala or anyone else, they're not smart enough, You have to be able of anticipating across time, They're stuck in time, So two choices remain: let them fail and collapse and massive deaths everywhere... Or fight and wind up in same spot? I'm not a Genius but... I think waiting it out for all to fall and fail is the Genius decision... They will turn into a FINITE EXISTENCE stuck in 30th century relooping never able to undo anything forced to mortality.

@@sharonl.chandler8428 "Saved the World" LMFAO...if anyone 'saved the world", it was the USSR, lest we forget that 80% of German military casualties happened on the Eastern front as the USSR lost millions of men and civilians while the UK hid on its island and the USA embraced anti Semites like Henry Ford and Limburger. Then after the war they turned on their ally and created a "cold war" that probably could have been avoided if the policies of FDR and Henry Wallace had continued. Instead we get right wing infantile history in your schools- the above is the result. Eisenhower was a war criminal along with Dulles who oversaw the murder of heads of states and civilians alike and was most likely involved in the murder of JFK.

Why? Education. The kids of the last 20/30 years think communism is a great thing and many have been taught to hate the country. That’s assuming they have any idea of what’s going on beyond the latest video game. Most have no idea of history beyond Obama. Many if not most are begging to have their rights taken away, and more importantly those of others because of a virus created with our tax dollars in an enemy lab that has a 99%+ survival rate. In the plainly illegitimate 2020 election, virtually everyone who did vote for the supposed winner did because they don’t and never will pay taxes and therefore want more welfare, to make it easier for their relatives to come to a rapidly morally and economically degenerating country, or because the State Press and Big Tech told them to. Why bring up the 2020 non-election of Trump (the only blessing America has seen since 1960-(and Nixon, and the GOP made short work of that blessing). You also never mention the Bush/Gore debacle, where people are still scratching their heads to understand how, at the end of the day, Bush was potus. If the 2020 election was illegitimate, it's only because lessons were learned from how the GOP twisted the Bush/Gore elections, to ensure a Republican was elected. You really are hypocritical...as your party did the exact same thing just over 20 years ago. Being 28 does not exonerate you from being honest, which is a very rare commodity for any Republican to hold. There are written accounts from many sides, even from some who are not Rep, or Dem. Those who called the election results from an unbiased point of view. Do a bit of studying. Bottom line is, 'you are brainwashed and can't see beyond anything GOP'. If there is any honesty in you at all, you can see the truth...though this is dependent on how deeply your brainwashing went. Very sad really, and the main reason the US will never unite, as neither side will ever speak the truth. So how do you expect a strong nation, when BOTH sides are liars!

We had one who loves this nation and did remarkable things for its economy while making peace deals all over the world and protecting our borders. He won the last election overwhelmingly, he's still the CIC and will return soon. What many people don't know is that the US was a US Corporation (Act of 1871) prior to DJT. He made this corporation defunct before he left the WH. We will soon be restored to a true REPUBLIC, which is what our founders intended. Meanwhile, the fake CCP Joe does his questions from Amazon Studios in LA and Tyler Perry Studios from Atlanta. BOTH have exact replicas of the WH and press room. The press was infiltrated with CLOWN assets in the '60's on under Operation Mockingbird. THIS is why the MSM are all corrupt, liars and push the deep state's narrative, not the truth. THIS is why you can watch videos showing all LOCAL AFFILIATES using the same words and phrases all across the country. IT'S ALL AN AGENDA. Research the UN's Agenda 21 and 30. CV19 was part of this. If you don't know, AUG 11, there will be a national EBS test. A lot of intel suggesting Fake Joe will get on TV and try to blame those of us who know the jabs they are pushing for CV19 aren't vaxes but experimental drugs. It is illegal under the Nuremberg Code to administer experimental jabs to humans. He's going to state something to the effect that the delta variant is spreading in the US because of the unjabbed, which is utter BS! It's spreading because of all the sheeple who gladly took the experimental drugs loaded with spike proteins and toxic Graphene Oxide that spread to those of us who understand we have a GOD GIVEN IMMUNE SYSTEM that has to be activated to become strong. Unless you are very old or have a serious medical condition that has weakened your immune system, you have a 99.99% chance of surviving CV19, which is a COLD/FLU. So if you're not prepped and especially live in a BLUE STATE, you night want to get some extra supplies just in case this CCP TARD, aka CCP Joe, decides to call for Martial Law. BTW, a lot of info coming that rogue military are in DC and recruiting many medical personnel; teaching them how to give many jabs to people in a very chaotic environment. There is a good chance starting in BLUE STATES with CCP bought off GOVERNORS, venues will be set up by these rogue military personnel loyal to the CCP, along with med. staff to administer mandated jabs. IF THIS DOESN'T WAKE UP THE SHEEPLE IN THE BLUE STATES, NOT MUCH WILL.

And such dignity. An amazing man. One of my favorite quotes of him: “Every gun that is made, every warship that is launched, every rocket fired signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This, is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the cloud of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron.

When a President of the United States leaves office, he gets to keep the honorific -- he's still referred to as "Mr. President." But Eisenhower was always referred to as "General." The reason why is that Eisenhower retired from the Army and resigned his commission to run for president. But after leaving presidency on January 20, 1961, Eisenhower insisted that he be restored to active duty. So, on March 30, 1961, pursuant to an act of Congress, Eisenhower was restored to his rank as General of the Army. What a great American!

(tried but failed to be secret) cartel partnership agreements between IGFarben & their Standard Oil biz partners (in US & Nazi Germany both) ... in charge of US intel (as Ike's apptmts, tho' perhaps more apt to say the DullesBros apptd Ike). Ike's cabinet foreign policy apptmts were all doing cozy biz building nazi war capacity in 1930s, & some of their corps kept right on at it throughout the war. jfk repeated some of those same "national security" apptmts (Dulles bros & Lovett) at start of his admin. When the Bonus Army of US WWI vets arrived from all over the country to set up a tent city to beg the govt for their promised+deferred bonusses at the depth of the depression, Ike was one of the 3 brass there who led the military attack on said vets' encampment ... which given his apptmt to run the show in wwii as prelude to being prez turned out to be a great career move in terms of establishing how thorough a shit he was willing to be on behalf of the "military industrial complex". he was a great talent as a smiley-face icon of respectability under which all the ugliness of USgovt fascism in the 50s was accelerated. he was perfect for the job.

You have to remember that Eisenhower had won the war in Europe 18 years before. The press is calling him General. Eisenhower was well respected. The generation of my father was under his command in Europe and still have G.I. regimentation in their blood. His words were resolute and comforting to the ears of the former soldiers on the day JFK was killed. I overheard my Dad and his brother mentioning it over that weekend. Eisenhower was never a good public speaker off the cuff. He didn't stammer like President Light-in-the-Loafers does. In the newsclip he is obviously stunned. He may have sniffed out the assassination once it happened but I don't think he had foreknowledge of it. The Kennedys had made many enemies, the Mob, the Cuban freedom fighters for the Bay of Pigs Disaster, the CIA and Big Business. Combined interests drew many parties to Dealey Plaza at the noon hour that day. America changed forever and has slid down to the gutter since then.

This was a time when leaders acted in a selfless responsible fashion. No name calling or narcissist back patting. A time when a man's handshake and word meant something. They would look down at men who lied. They looked down at men who consumed themselves with petty nonsense. Instead of whining about how they were wronged or cheated, they simply got up from the mat, shook hands with the opponent and moved on. These were real men of respect and honor.

+morbius109 too bad he did not have the guts to disclose the contract between the extraterrestrials and the US government. He made a weak attempt at giving us a clue about the military/industrial complex having too much power. He knew about it but did nothing on his own, to expose it. He should have told the real truth, but maybe he was afraid for his life. No doubt, he was warned. The cover-up about our technology and our shadow government goes back since Truman. +Lina Nicolia Yes Lina, a most excellent point -- those who know, see the video of a dying CIA agent who worked for Ike -- unburdening his conscience and speaking the truth before death. IKE, rambled his warnings (after the fact) about the military industrial complex, but like all good puppets, had to serve the banksters. This unremarkable General jumped ahead of several hundred more capable men to head the invasion of Europe...a fact. Listen to the Harold Rosenthal (Jacob K. Javitz, P.A.) interview or read the book for those new to all of this. Pity Ike didn't send the 1st Army from Colorado down to Area 51 as he threatened to bring the extraterrestrial enigma into the light; instead he slammed the lid on it; missing a chance to change America and even mankind. A priceless opportunity lost.

@@geoengineeringmoritzburg7686 Eisenhower was an incredibly old and wise man who exceeded his term as president, and served the American People in every way possible. He was one of, if not the best US president we've ever had and tried his best to make sure this country would stay together. He was not involved in any plot against Kennedy or some major conspiracy. He was an International hero and a genius who served until his last days.

That's true, I started kindergarten in 1949 so grew up in the 50's. A great time to be a kid, even with the soviet "threat." the country was prosperous and at ease with itself. That all went to hell when LBJ took over and ramped up the Vietnam war which was just simmering under Kennedy. I strongly believe that LBJ's Great Society and the Vietnam War, as escalated by him, were two primary reasons for how we got to were we are today. The GS led people to look to government to solve their problems and Vietnam led people to distrust the government and thereby just tune out.

Me too! I miss the people of that time. Certainly there were some who were corrupt but most were decent and honest and put America first. Many were veterans of WW2 and Korea. So, they knew what was at stake. Not so much today the honest and decent are in the minority. The American voters are either ignorant or easily swayed by liars and thieves!

A very underrated Presidency though his was very far sighted when it came to international policies, which is always why we should have a President wise in international affairs. It always becomes the main focus of the executive as Congress usually runs the domestic issues. Absolutely idiotic not to have had an debate in 2020 on International Affairs and policy.

Ike was a solid president! What I find interesting is the "context" warning from youtube. What warrants this? A thing meant to counter "mis-information" is being placed on a historical document simply because the content pertains to a controversial matter the full truth of which isn't fully known. Quite telling in my opinion.

Note how carefully Ike chose his words. His proclivity for turning every expression into a nounal phrase served him well here. Not once did he say that a person was "despicable" or "psychopathic", just the act. You could read into his remarks both the Warren Commission Report claiming that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone assassin and the suspicions that LBJ and the CIA were the culprits. If those suspicions are true, those actions of conspiring to murder their President, to destroy physical evidence, to interrogate Oswald in secret and without notes, to kill and discredit Oswald, to kill or discredit witnesses and to stonewall any independent investigation of LBJ, were certainly "despicable" and "psychopathic". Note also that Ike repeated his statement that the American people "will not be stampeded". That Ike was right is shown by the fact that a majority of the American people have consistently rejected the attempts of the Warren Commission to stampede them into believing their "lone gunman" theory.

Bill Fred Excellent. I always thought of Eisenhower as a General. In this, I realize he is just a man of nothing extrordinary. Like most leaders he washes his hands of it for whatever the concern. The fact is that we have no more presidents as most of the clarivoyants of that time predicted. Kennedy was Catholic, does anyone think that and NWO has anything to do with it?

Eisenhower used this term in his Farewell Address to the Nation on January 17, 1961: A vital element in keeping the peace is our military establishment. In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. In other words... he forewarned America... as much the world, that its the Military - industrial complex that runs America's international foot print effect upon the world!
