I don't remember how I discovered her, but when I watched the Last Kingdom I recognised her voice and style immediately. I'm happy to say I will be enjoying her live performance in October.

I wonder if people who never heard her music appear on her concerts. I discovered her music on a trip to the faroe island for the 2015 solar eclipse. Her release of slør later that year just blew my mind.

I think this is my favorite performance of Trøllabundin that I’ve seen so far. She seems so connected to the song in this performance, and the wails (?) are incredible. I saw her just a few days before this and wish I’d recorded Trøllabundin on that night, but thank you so much for immortalizing this one!!

She got at least one drum, possible her main drum' that she got made by the Sami people of northern Norway. Shaman drum. Reindeer skin quite likely
