Omg, I love him so much. Not perfect but fabulous and full of character and storytelling goodness. I do actually like him more than her. She has a nice, buzzy placement but her low end, really anything below B3, is really unsupported here. But this is live and she may not be used to supporting while moving. Good stuff.

I know that Blake is saying that he wants to win this season because it’s his last season, but I think his actual goal with this final season of his is to propel as many artist forward and give them as much exposure as possible. I think Blake believes in every single member of his team and he wants them to be exposed as much as possible and move forward in the competition as far as they can so they get more exposure so they’re more successful after the show even if they’re not on his team. Blake knows that his name in the music industry has quite a bit of weight to it and he knows propelling these contestants as far as possible will be better for them in the long run so that’s why I think he chose Tasha over EJ, knowing EJ had a higher potential of being saved by someone.

He’s helped some get in the studio. Get record deals. He’s even had a few different contestants open up for him on tour shows.

EJ could certainly win this with that amazing voice and stage presence! I have to wonder, though, how does someone of EJ's caliber pass up not once but twice to work with Chance. Chance has made it pretty clear that he's bringing his production mode into the game, so there's so much more value for EJ to gain beyond the Coach chair. I was shaking my head right along with Chance as I sorta couldn't believe EJ passed on him again. Plus, I think the combination of EJ with Chance would make for a sure fire performance on finale night. ❤
