Why were cancer stem cells not recognized in the hallmarks of cancer? This really puzzles me.

@@abdellahbenfatiha4560 they discovered cancer stem cells back in the mid 1990s AND they showed that without cancer stem cells there is no cancer and that was in the very early 2000s. The Hallmarks have been revised in 2010 so why don't they recognize the cancer stem cells?
