My intercom seems to be muted. When I call through the cellphone connected to the intercom, the mic works but for connection through 2 intercoms, it doesn't.

Hello, please adjust the volume in intercom mode. This may be because the intercom volume is set to the lowest.

Hi, im having trouble trying to connect my V6Pro+ to my PC from an USB cable to update the firmware, it just doesn't appear on device manager or anywhere... is there a solution?

Currently, it can only be upgraded through the firmware program. If it shows that the device cannot be found, please try to replace the Type-C USB data cable or update the USB HID driver or replace the computer device before testing.

I have 4 devices, For example I (master) talk with Person (A) does the other B and C can hear our conversation. you comment in the past video that only two allowed to talk but others can hear please clarify
