Ejector plate assembly for plastic injection molds!

I started my apprenticeship as a mold repair guy. Before my school was done I had gotten laid off. That sent me into a job shop machinist environment. Now I am back in the mold shop and these videos are really helping me get back up to speed.

I find the ejection system more reliable and free moving if you added 4 bushes locked between the ejection plates to run on 4 dowls locked through the back of moving half back plate, then the push backs then can be slightly under diameter along with all the head of the ejector pin, very slightly floating between the plates. For what it takes, it's worth it.

I'm going to watch the whole videos anyway, but that shows your attitude of doing it right and going above and beyond.
