Ejector is actually from a Mtn Dew commercial. I don't have any issues with the ball joints, but all the silver paint in mine flaked off within a week because it just didn't stick well. It got scratched coming out of the package, and during transformation, and when I tried to clean it off with a soft towel.

he is an awesome figure, who is braver then Megatron or any other Decepticon. I have a similar problem with my figure and the ball joints are slightly too big for the arm holes, so they pop out because they won't go in all the way.

I wish that they didn't paint him with silver paint and that they just gave him silver plastic. Why I say this? The paint rubs off easily and my figure has patches of grey on it.
