I'm not top global or anything😅 but for me, Cyclops is definitely heavy on movements so getting to know each hero's abilities and their mechanics can help you counter them; side steps and reading enemy movements is good, the counter for cyclops in my experience is CC so always watch the tank, and learning the META and adapting your build Mid-Late game, and end the game quick Cyclops can only shine in Mid to Late (15 minutes) it cant go longer than that since it'll be hard to burst opponents, that's what I've learned in my time of Cyclops, roles from are only Mid to Jungle.
