Not a dog owner but a cat. Recently lost my maternal grandfather and I can deeply relate to it. I mean yesss exactly they are DOG not the bloody human. My cat who loves to roam around I guess sensed the death of the grandfather sits in a corner and just stars at the car k 'shyd jald ghar ayen gy'. Nidhi i know you are a good story teller and a poet but in this post after you go through 20 August 2020 your words were coming with the crying voice and made emotional or fir uski yaad aa gyi ki ek member mera yaha b aaya tha kahi saal pahele jo dikhne mei pura tiger jaisa tha with same white pach on his neck and we named him Tiger this March he left us crying as he is no more as his was aged but i still remember the last night he was not sleeping i slept hugging him the whole night and in morning as i was going to my work he was not letting me go and after some time i got a call from home that he is no more 🤗

Your story is so similar to mine. My tau ji brought a female dog, 9 years ago, her name is jinnie, she was most connected to my tau ji, he used to take care of her a lot, took care of her when she went outside of our house (just like maddy) and came beaten by other dogs, he took her to the hospital, gave her medicines in short he used to do everything for her. June 2014, he died, and she became very quite and inactive after that. We're taking care of her now but i still feel that she misses him
