Live performance from Nistha's debut album release concert at the Mansion at Strathmore on February 26, 2014.
Arranged by Nistha Raj. Based on the song, “Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai” or “Melody of Love” composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal from the movie Shor (1972). Dedicated to my late mother, Neroo Raj, and the beautiful memories of listening to this song together with her. I found the melody and meaning to be so simple, yet very powerful in conveying the basic human emotion of love in a very gentle way. My mother reflected the same gentleness in her capacity to love all living things.
