I dont even understand why you choose such complex shape to use. this is a modified propeller and propellers are not effective overall by means of mixing and cost effectiveness of impeller manufacturing compared to other types….

Our WINGJET is the wear-optimized impeller for side entry agitators with an excellent axial flow and dispersion of very high gas rates typically for flue gas desulfurization plants. The shape is the result of intensive research and multiple optimizations using CFD methods. Indeed, the form is complex with its unique blade angle, radius and thickness in each section and has nothing in common with an ordinary Propeller.
