Listen to all but do what your heart and mind tell you to do. Sky’s the limit for you 🤗 Priya is absolutely right about pentaprazole. It’s a PPI and it protects the stomach lining against the harsh effects of other meds. So you must take it. It, however, slows down the absorption of magnesium so you may want to take a magnesium supplement while you are on it. Best one is magnesium bisglycinate or magnesium citrate but take it at bed time. It helps you sleep too. Anyhow, magnesium is something along with Vit D3, K2, B12 and iron that most of us lack in our bodies due to the diet that we take in. So always get these tested too to ensure that your levels are adequate in blood. I am in so in awe of your village. It’s so beautiful, peaceful and calm.
