at 21.50 you are saying that if the design capacity us more than the moment at section then we have to revise the section designed but in the numerical that you have solved for this in another video you calculated design moment greater than the moment at section and declared the seat angle safe . a bit of difference in opinion. please clarify

At 21:50 , Sir if BM is such that, there is no angle section (in handbook) of such thickness that can resist the BM..... then what we do ? ( We have to design unstiffened connection)
