Always classy in victory or defeat. You have the composure and control that typically takes many years to harness, in your twenties. You'll watch these videos with your grand kids when you're in your 70's and you'll be proud of the way you behaved. When I see the places you've been to, and the experiences you've had, winning the game, while nice, is ancillary to the overall experiences you've had. The more time that passes, the time at the pool, the food, the heat, and the smells in the air walking around downtown will mean more to you than the game result.

The grind of competition can make EA NHL not fun yet it pushes our limits emotionally which I feel can only make us better as people. I wish EA would put the same determination in the NHL series. Games will always be exploited by competitors to find that winning edge. Eki, I learned to play better due to your content. Take NHL off until September. You'll feel the juice again. 2nd Place out of how many of us? You my friend are amazing: your life, girlfriend (Fiancé? ), dogs, moving to a new place, plus grinding NHL? There's an art to your style of play, and it's truly helpful. Hope to see F1 content maybe with F1 '23, and NHL '24. God Bless 😸😻

Eki : as a viewer, it seemed awkward to have the two finalists on stage playing for $28k and all of Josx’s friends allowed on stage directly behind Josx in your line of sight. Didn’t that seem unfair or distracting? Having said that, I hope EA patches all those goals which should have less than a 5% success rate and not the current over 50% success capacity.

i agree with u on this and 22 being the worst nhl, personally the first week of nhl 22 i thought it was the best nhl since 17, but after that it just became rewarding garbage can players with bounces and this year its even worst. i dont blame u i litearlly played 1000+ in nhl 21 and i HATED the force cross creases but i'll take that any day of the week over nhl 22/23 helping players with bounces, no skill and now its worst with that the ai is doing the most for players too. i played like 300 hrs this year cause 23 is just so bad and its not even fun anymore, the point you brought up about adjusting is so true - yeah u can learn a certain way to play so u can stop the exploting playstyles but then the game feels more like a chore than having fun. i am hoping 24 just becomes a normal hockey game, remove the bounces, remove the abilities. glitch goals like short side snipe i don't really mind cause you actually have to perfectly aim it, but the behind wrap glitch goal is just dogwater lol and it takes zero skill to do. EA did so little for this game that i am really hoping 24 is great, even mediorce will be enough for me, but man if its still just the same bouncy crap i am definitely retiring.
