Why is nobody asking Ekiti Police Command if they have the power to arrest anybody in Lagos without the help of Lagos State Police Command. He has visited Lagos Police Command to give statement but Ekiti State Command bypassed Lagos state Command to arrest someone in Lagos. How can you break the law in order to enforce it.
