Good luck and best wishes with your health..... Just so you know it is never recommended to splash or use hot water on windscreen...it will break windscreen. You may be able to use warm water in a plastic bag and dab on the screen but never get hot water contact windscreen. Just an advice.

Did you get a colonoscopy for the gut , sometimes it could be inflammation like crons disease , ibd , ulcerative colitis etc , they have biologics now for inflammation very expensive but proven cure
