Tabis are only ever good into characters that strictly do ad, and thats so rare especially in a game where most characters do hybrid, whether thats ap ad. ad true or they just have armor shred/mr shred. And tenacitys are only good when they have so much cc, and as a character that doesnt build tank its most likely u get one shot regardless whether u have defence boots or not

For someone claiming to be playing “high level jungling”, he sure doesn’t see the value in finishing his boots. Brother they nerfed boots 3 times in 1 season because how much provide especially sorc boots on ap champions. ALWAYS FINISH BOOTS FIRST OR SECOND GUYS, movement speed is the most important stat in the game and the magic pen on sorc boots is an extra benefit. It doesn’t matter how tanky or how much damage you do with ap if you can never get in range or stay in range.
