Non-issue with Kalanchoe is,, they get roots start little growth but them root start rotting.. I don't over water them. Give them balanced potting medium yet I don't understand this issue...you explain beautifully

Summer mein ise full day sun mein na rakhein... East facing area mein rakhein jha ise subah ki 3-4 hours ki sunlight mil jaye... Ya kisi bde plant ya tree k niche rakhein jismein ise full day filtered sunlight miley

Saaf fungicide is not mandatory... This season have propagated cuttings without fungicide also. It'll start to bloom after one month of transplanting the cuttings into proper soil mixture.
