dulu pernah liat waktu China bangun rel ini di Tianjin, orang/helper yang bantu di luar mesin sangat sedikit. padahal penduduk mereka jauh lebih banyak, sedangkan helper di Indonesia banyak banget, ada yang cuma duduk2 ada yang jalan cuma liat2 entah apa fungsinya.. apa berarti proyek mereka lebih efisien dalam penggunaan sdm?

I'm in Melbourne, Australia, and we don't even have a rail link from the airport to the city. I reckon a Chinese company could do it in no time and at least somewhere near budget. Our state government has spent a lot of money on level crossing eliminations and some rebuilds of existing stations. Also we are currently building a second underground rail loop with several new underground stations. But the planned airport rail link has been delayed due to a dispute between the state government and the airport authority. It seems like it will be delayed indefinably.

@@heatherprior2240 The dispute in Melbourne centered around the state government had a plan to build an above-ground station, but the airport authority, however wants a below ground station. The actual track is only a 12 km link to Melbourne subways already under construction. Many people believe the airport authority is deliberately delaying the project because they currently make a lot of money from airport parking.

You are wrong. American construction engineers would not have placed that kind of load on a 200-axle vehicle. The concrete truss spans the complete trailer lenth. Yet only the front & rear 12-axles are taking the load. Either the truss is poorly design and thus relatively light or some body is making a lot of money on an expensive yet unnecessary piece of equipment.
