@Leahfowler-lo6zo after surviving an overdose on a mixture of drugs I finally clued in and realized I needed to live for my family and friends. Ever since then I've stayed focused on betting myself in anyway possible even if it's as small of a thing as trying a food I've never had to setting longer term things like learning a new skill of some kind and that kept me focused. Now I mix it up with teaching my kids new things and stuff like that mixed in with what I said previously.
