The outfit on 0:31 used to be a in-game item on both US Pangya and Korean Pangya (or so I was told) but both Games deleted it out of the game for an obvious reason.

Did they say the obvious reason was Kooh being underaged? This outfit would've been deleted if it was for Arin or Cecilia, as well, I think. It's just not meant for a game that anyone can play. Dressing a woman as if she was a gift is clearly suggestive, of course Kooh being underaged makes it worse, but yeah.

Okay this is unfair. Why is it the other versions of the game get the awesome clothing. The american client will never see the Kooh outfit at 0:31. XD unless we have an I have yet to see it. I hate how slow it is for things to come out in the NA client. I want the rozen maiden outfit too -dies-
