Thanks for this video. You made a peplum offshoulder with illusion shoulder sometime ago. U place the band after cutting the neckline with 5 inches( that's 10 on opening and d band was 2.5 ). Now where am alitl bit confuse after sewing up everytin d shoulder width wyd end up as 12 or 13 as against my normal shoulder which is 16. Would it still fit and not give issues?
