Hey, I have this same headset. Whenever I use this on a Windows PC the voice output from the mic comes out to be really low. I tried this with 3 different laptops but the issue remains the same even after proper installation of drivers. Whereas if I use this on a PS4 the mic works just fine. Any idea on how I can fix this?

just increase the gain of the mic bro sound (right click on the volume in taskbar) > recording > double click microphone > levels tab > increase the slider. fun fact: you can test the audio by enabling the " listen to this device " in the listen tab. ^_^

7:32 this happened my unit as well I thought my hearing went bad😂, I got it replaced and the new unit works like a charm, I have boosted some bass via original driver and sounds really good for music sometimes the bass becomes overkill but gets the job done, really satisfied with headphones.

@@thisisme6867 Very slightly only when on MAX volume which is probably at ear damaging loudness... On normal volume level NO, I don't think that is an issue. Also my earmuff's leather/rexine layer is completely gone still there's, no noticeable sound bleed even after wear and tear)
