I don't know if I have a faulty model or what but this headset has NO noise cancellation whatsoever. Zero, none, nada, If my neighbour farts it picks it up because it does pick up sound quite well. There is also distinctive hiss while in headset mode. Sound quality is 16bit 16khz. I also have emeet hs80 - much better sound, great enc but their build quality is awful.
