Ekuru , following Today's rulling, can you confirm that that man is ❤a criminal
@erickjuma7643Ай бұрын
Ekuru's work is to move from one media house to another to make noise. He can't even gather a crowd of 10 people in his own county
@tichy6141Ай бұрын
Why can't Aukot run for mp or any elective post he is always making noise from the outside. If he is serious about change it is very likely his people will elect him because of his education level from a minority community. Instead he is all over the television just engaging in petty hatred instead of going to parliament. Has he ever considered running for senate the man is a joke
@nicodemuskarisa8307Ай бұрын
But he has been running for presidency but Kenya never elected him. I guess because he has no money.

Okuruo is one of shameless fellow that we have in our country and thats why am not a fun of this man not a bit and here is why: Okuruo was one of the people that was involved in drafting our constitution, and its very sad that the same man shamelessly is calling the IG a criminal yet IG'S rights gauranteed in the same constitution that this Oukuro shamless fellow drafted, what a shame! See, in the constitution the right to be represented by a lawyer of one's choice is clearly enshrined in our constitution even a criminal has a right to be represented by a lawyer! Now, when IG sent his lawyer to represent him this said judge refused that lawyer to represent Masengeli, up to that point this judge ought to explain why he violated Masengeli's right to be represented by his lawyer a right enshrined in the constitution the same constitution that the said judge swore to uphold. Remember Grand Mulla? The Supreme Court blocked him from ever appearing before them simply because Grand Mulla called them corrupt just imagine! In other words judges are Kings and queens, they can choose when to violate people's rights and when to uphold them. They can choose why can stand infront of them and who cannot, they can choose whether you can be represnted by a lawyer or not, if we found the presidency too powerful with the old constitution that we decided to clip the president power with the new constitution, I wonder why we left the judiciary to remain the most power body in the country yet they don't represent anyone because they are not elected! Instead of this man Aukuruo to call out the judiciary for violating the rights enshrined in the constitution he is here to cheer them' such a shameless man. Yesterday it was Grand mulla, today its Masengeli if we keep keeping quiet next, is gonna be you and me.

Lawyers do not know where abducted people are,he was required to appear in person,,,their is a reason why a lawyer can't be sentenced but represent...that judge is not crazy.
@MsemaukwelikweliАй бұрын
@@wemyssnyaberi2523 wrong, even a murderer has the right to be represented by a lawyer, the IG sent a lawyer to explain to the judge but the judge refused to listen to his lawyer, the main game here was simple deny the IG his right n have come to the court to humiliate him
@lusigijustus7274Ай бұрын
Calling judges kings and queens is unfortunate. You seem to support a system where one set of rules for the rich and another set of rules for the poor. Its dangerous and willbsoon lead to a country with no laws. If you think a country with no laws being followed is a good country, try visiting Somalia, yemen, Afghanistan, sudan or south sudan for a week.
@MsemaukwelikweliАй бұрын
@@lusigijustus7274 will go step by step here to show you that our judiciary is behaving like Kings and Queens, lets a case.example of Grand Mullla, today he stand blocked from appearing infront of Supreme Court, why because he called those judges corrupt! Now was his constitional right to seek justice violated? The answer to that is a resounding YES, if today you went to Saudi Arabia and called the King corrupt chances are the king will order punishment whether detaining you thereby talking your right away now whats the difference between what the Supreme Court has punished Grand Mulla and what the Saudi King would do if you called him corrupt? Is there any law or a clause in the constitution that says if you call judges corrupt they can block you from ever appearing infront of to seek justice? Do you know see what I call them Kings ans Queens?

Can I ask anyone to name,e a country, other than the US and Kenya, where a public servant can roam freely being a convict. Where a public servant is not stripped of his or her title and job after becoming a convict??
