I hope you’re all in high spirits, despite it being mid-January, and if not maybe tonight’s video will give you nine minutes forty five seconds of relief… It’s another fry up to be sure, but it went most of last year unbeaten apparently. I am curious about something, since I'm a native English speaker. El Café Verde means "The Green Coffee" as you said. However, someone that's new to that language would look at it and see "The Coffee Green." Why put the color "Verde" last in Spanish? Wouldn't it make more sense to say El Verde Café? This coming from someone that generally only knows English, and is slowly over a long period of time learning Spanish

In this case it is called The Green Cafe. Although Cafe is coffee it is also short for cafeteria which is both the same in English and Spanish. Safe to assume they mean the Green Cafe and not Coffee.

I know you'll ridicule me for suggesting this, but surely the sausage-first strategy isn't the best for heat optimisation - it's surely the item that encases heat most at the start, yet the thing that would retain heat most for the finish? Dive into those mushrooms first, you know it makes sense :P

These are the best type of videos. I will try an English breakfast someday. Not these challenges but just a normal sized challenge. Yo beard, pro tip for tea: you have a cup of water and a cup of tea. When you're through most of the water, pour the hot tea into it to cool it down. You'll be able to chug it easily after that. Saved me on a few mornings I was running late.

@@generichuman2044 Just eggs (any style), sausages, bacon, hashbrowns and toast. But breakfast sausages are smaller and our bacon is nothing like the bacon rashers you will find in the UK. When I was younger I ate Steak and Eggs for breakfast (I live in Alberta after all), but that is a pretty heavy breakfast.

Just a thought to cool down the tea move the bucket of tea from the wooden table onto a plate. Ceramic loses heat quicker than wood. Move it around the plate to find a cooler spot to increase heat loss occasionally. Great videos, cheers aye.
