Depends on the day of the week and hour of the day usually on weekends people are everywhere day and night round but on weekdays people are usually working at the day, after 5-6Pm everyone is out of the job and usuallt go to Cinta costera, casco viejo, coastway/amador to have some fun

yes, I stayed at the RIU where the banks are but I walked up to the metro and then north into El Congreju. I am coming to Panama Citiy again soon. This time to rent an apartment and El Congrejo is my first choice because of the public transportation and parks. I also found a chess club!
