El Conde Street / Dominican Republic

El Conde Street is the only completely pedestrian street in the city of Santo Domingo. On this street stand out the contrast between its large number of active businesses (restaurants, shops, etc.) and abandoned buildings. At the end of this is the Palacio Consistorial, known for being the first town hall in the Americas.
Full of music, cheerful and friendly people, and colors, it is one of the essential places to visit in the Dominican Republic.
