I truly enjoyed hearing El DeBarge sing. I love his songs, his lyrics and melodies. It was too dark to get a clear view of him but his signature voice was wonderful to hear. That fact that is was at his concert in Oakland on 7/29/18 made it more special. I am grateful to him.
