Try filling the Martin with fabric, like towels. That will dampen the sound. Also cover the sound hole. The pickup in your Martin will still function through your earphones. Giulia will not be a baby for that long, and you will be back to playing at full volume... Another wonderful piece, whatever instrument you perform on!
