That Gohan and Bra comic did allude to some of the adventures Gohan goes on in Golden Age, but it is now outdated. The current update is much more fleshed out and follows the story more coherently. The big bad is obviously the Man in Black, and Reina is one of the enemies that Gohan has to face to continue his development as the new protector of Earth. The current main antagonist of this arc is Scorch, and yes, he is inspired by Atomic Skull (not Ghost Rider), due to the fact he unleashes unGodly amounts of radiation that pollutes the planet and renders it unliveable.

Not stoned. I'm just having fun with the story. This story deals with multiverses outside of the bubble of Dragonball, since logically that's the only way you can create threats to the angels and Zeno to create tension. There is no tension in Dragonball because in canon there are too many desu ex machinas to take into account and Whis being on standby to hit the big old reset button. This story brings tension back to the Dragonball world because you have no idea what monster immune to the angels and Zeno will come to mess everything up and kill everyone.
