Mam, I tried this basic sponge cake yesterday (22-04-2020) for my husband's birthday on 23-04-2020 (today)... It was so soft, fluffy and tasty..... He liked it so much.... Mam, This recipe helped me out in this quarantine to celebrate his birthday with home made cake.....thank you so much mam I used atta instead Maida.... I kept the electric rice cooker bowl on stove and poured the batter in idly cake pan (kudum plate) that was given along with electric rice bowl....I also added some dry fruits after the batter was set for baking and The cake came so well... My husband surprised to see the cake during quarantine ...and am very happy It's all bz of your recipe mam.... All your recipes are so simple with minimum ingredients and in less time... thank you so much mam .... GOD bless you and your family ...
