El Malpais National Monument Part 2 A Lava Maze Trail 😲

El Malpais is outside of Grant, NM right off Hwy 40. In a full day you can take in some nice trails from beautiful sand stone to rugged lava maze trails. We would rate these medium. Unfortunately we were there right after Covid hit and the visitor center was closed. This is Part 2 or 2 videos. Enjoy.

Yes, those are a pair of Kristy Hiking sandals. I have similar. Honestly, we didn't know what we were getting into there. The visitor was closed due to covid & know one else around. But that's us. Just dive in. 🤣
