We finally made it to El Nido, and boy did we love it. El Nido in Palawan is now are most favorite place in the Philippines. The nature scenery is breathtaking. It is a touristy area however, it is very easy to find alone time on El Nido. The local people in El Nido are the best as well. Definitely an island that I will go back to one day, and hopefully soon.

Great video! El Nido, Palawan, Philippines is where my wife (who is Filipina) and I had our honeymoon! It is the most beautiful and friendly place in the world and we miss it VERY much! hahaha thanks Brighson. Yes, the whole video was shot on a GoPro. The star time lapse was shot using the Night Time lapse feature on the GoPro. Took one photo every 30 seconds. I think I had the ISO at 100.

+石川凛 that is great, you will love it. I did boat tour A and C. If you can only do one, I would go with C. Also, I would rent a private 5 person boat. It is the same price as it is for 3 people to go on one of the big tour boats. If you're rich, you can get it alone, or try to meet two other people to go with. I would also recommend renting a kayak from El Nido town. You can kayak out to the little islands that are around Palawan. The zipline (tree cable-thing) is near Marimegmeg Beach / Las Cabanas Beach. Everyone knows about it, so just ask. And yes, I would safe it is very safe. Just be smart with your decisions. The local people are very friendly. You can take a shuttle right from the Puerto Princesa airport to El Nido. We used "LEXUS SHUTTLE SERVICES". Takes about 6 hours. Have an awesome time :)

thanks +Jason Pham, have a great time in Palawan. When I make time lapse, I always shot in video mode, usually 1080 at 30FPS. That way, if it captures something that I don't want to speed up, I still have a video of it.

Jason Pham the different is 6FPS :) 24FPS will allow more light to hit the sensor, so the image quality might look a little better. You need to know where you're going to play back your video. Most TV and I think even KZbin, the min FPS is 30. So it will look a little choppy if the video is 24FPS as it needs to make up the 6FPS.

Thank you. I shot most of this with a HERO4 black, some of it is on a HERO4 Silver. I shot mostly in 1080 60FPS, but the final produced video is 1080 30FPS. I used Cyberlink Powerdirector for editing.
