In this song the rappers say "Petare barrio de Pakistán" because he relacioned a dangerous country like Pakistan with a dangerous place like Petare (Petare is really dangerous, dont exist the law, and the people think Pakistan too), so, is that, i mean, they know Petare is not in Pakistan, just is a relation. In america the musulman people is like bad, because the islam to us is something horrible..

Whatever, is just a comparition, in Petare exist a lot of "marginal" people, people without education and everyone kill another people, are terrorist (i dont think all people in Pakistan are terrorist, my opinion i said you, just i dont like any religion, but that is just my opinion, im atheist), i hope giving help you.
