El Salvador offers to put American criminals in its mega prison

IDK, I think a lot of it is hype. it sucks I'm sure but some reports say that the guards cut deals with the prisoners. ADX is a lot worse. In ADX they are disoriented 24/7 and most inmates never see daylight again. It's like being in a tomb. CECOT at least you get to socialize and maybe get a phone sneaked in.
