You lads came across really well on the TV. Was shown live in the UK (FOX's feed, but UK commentators) and they were making a point about how your lot kept supporting the team despite going 4-3 down. On a side note, as a supporter of a crappy (performing) fifth tier English club, no choice, it's my home town club, it is interesting to see supporters of a brand new team. One of my first memories is of my great grandfather talking about being a kid on the terraces, pretty much where I stand today. Who knows, maybe your great grandson gets to hear stories of your first games with LAFC?

I did route for Galaxy in my youth, but I am so close to the LAFC stadium that it really is my home team for this stage of my life. Awesome video and what strikes me as amazing form the MSL is the fans. I'm Swedish and we have some awesome derbys with a lot of crazyness going on. But sadly also alot of hooligansim. The US fans seems to have taken the good part of european fan culture with tifos and song and drumming. And just because of Zlatan LA Galaxy and MLS is something im going to follow. Never seen a MLS game before yesterday. I saw the whole game and WOW. what a game!

MLS is a fucking mickey mouse league. But having said that I do believe that Zlatan and America is a perfect fit. I completely understand the scope of Galaxy success because I used to route for them! In that sense they are certainly "unrivaled" but I think the nature of an inner-city rivalry makes supporter culture very fun. Since 2015 LAFC has been hosting events to gather fans and garner team spirit. I used to support Galaxy actually but I could never go to their games since it was far from me. I agree! I think that our team needs more signings. We are shallow on depth, and especially come world cup time, we will be losing portions of our roster. Id expect the game to be largely different between us next time when you guys play Alessandrini and the Dos Santos bros, and to the best of my knowledge we will be adding our new DP Horta so it should be another classic.

@@Liam-eh2wp The LAFC fan culture is really fun. I used to root for Galaxy growing up but it was 50-60 miles from where I live so I couldn't go to games often. LAFC is right across the street from me, and was an opportunity to be a part of the foundation of a sports team which is really cool. LAFC also really catered to fans and listened to them with Supporters safe standing etc. which Galaxy still don't have yet. The LAFC passion is there, and it likely is there for galaxy ultras too, for me its a matter of convenience and being apart of the foundation. Everyone has their own reason though. I don't disrespect Galaxy at all, the game in America owes a lot to their success.
