Brother, House is nice but prices are just outrageous. 18 Cr is almost $2.5 Million and you get a nice house in most of the big US cities with good land. Looks like Kokapet is more expensive that Big cities of US

Maybe you should visit their newer property, the reserve…it’s surrounded by wilderness and is quoting 34cr for bare villa, 45cr for villa with interiors😂if you think something’s cost is outrageous, you’re not the target audience for the builder..that’s a fundamental fact of luxury properties people miss.
